SEASON OVERVIEW:
No one can deny that Smallville made a big hit. After throwing out a feeler, The CW takes on another DC Comics iconic hero with Arrow.
Penciled in the well-known archer’s image, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Hung) secretly reinvents himself as a vigilante to restore Starling City to its former glory. For five years, he was given up for lost and presumed dead after a tragic shipwreck at sea.
Stranded on a desert island in the Pacific, Oliver learned to wield the bow and arrow.
